Well, I just had some scrap pine laying around the shop so I decided to make a stool. Earlier that day I'd been replacing a light bulb on a ceiling fixture and thought that a stool would make it a lot easier. As it turnes out, the added 8 inches does help when reaching a bulb 8 feet off the ground. Unfortunately, the wife doesn't think much of the stool so it sits in the closet. Luckily it is the closet with the light bulbs.
